Florian Lonicer (*1974) was born and raised in Osnabrück, Germany. His father introduced him to photography and in his teenage years he started to take pictures himself. Since that time photography is his steady companion. He studied at the School of Photography at Orange Coast College, California. Since 2013 Lonicer is located in Berlin, Germany, and follows his interest in urban photography and portrait photography.
